GST Certificate
- A GST certificate is official proof that your business is registered under India’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) system, containing your unique GSTIN number.
- It is issued by the Indian Government’s GST Department (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs) upon successful GST registration.
- It validates your business for government verification, enables legal collection of GST from customers, and allows you to claim GST input tax credits.
IEC Certificate (Importer Exporter Code)
- An IEC certificate is a 10-digit code that authorizes individuals or businesses to legally import and export goods from India.
- It is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
- It is mandatory for all export/import activities, enabling customs clearance, foreign currency transactions, and compliance with India’s foreign trade regulations.
Udyam Certificate (MSME Registration)
- The Udyam certificate is official registration proof for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India, replacing the earlier MSME registration system.
- It is issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, through the Udyam Registration portal.
- It grants MSMEs access to government subsidies, priority lending, lower interest rates, tariff exemptions, and protection against delayed payments from buyers.
